Cancellation Policy

A Divine Invitation Every appointment at Glo Girl Healing Arts, LLC is a dedicated invitation to ascend. When you reserve a session, that sacred window of time is held exclusively for your healing and evolution. We ask that you honor this energetic exchange with the same mindfulness and intentionality that we bring to your care. Deposit & Payment Structure To maintain the flow of our practice and respect the preparation involved: Securing Your Session: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final Balance: The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand life is dynamic, but clear communication allows us to remain in alignment: 24-Hour Notice: Changes made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a deposit refund or credit toward a future session. Late Changes & No-Shows: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, forfeit the deposit. Preparing Your Vessel To ensure your energy is fully available for the work: Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor the schedule of other practitioners and clients. Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing is highly recommended. Nourishment: Please abstain from heavy meals prior to your session. Health: Please inform us of any health conditions that may affect your session. Release of Liability (Notice of Legal Waiver) By booking, you agree to the following for yourself and family members: Assumption of Risk: You recognize the inherent risks in Reiki, Plant Medicine, and Aura/Chakra Healing. You assume full responsibility for any injury or loss and release Glo Girl Healing Arts, LLC from liability, including claims arising from ordinary negligence. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify the provider against all claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the facilities. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Georgia law. No Duress: You acknowledge you are under no pressure to sign and have had the opportunity to review these terms. BY PROCEEDING WITH THIS BOOKING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR INHERENT RISKS.
